Appointments are coordinated via WhatsApp, Instagram, or email. Schedule availability and final confirmation of any appointment are subject to the office's response.

4. Promotional benefit (code WEB50)

The site may display a discount benefit on your first assessment for those who book through this channel, mentioning the corresponding code. This benefit:

• Applies to the cost of your first assessment with Dr. Juan Serrano.
• If you decide to proceed with the suggested procedure, the assessment fee is credited toward the total cost, as confirmed at the office.
• Is subject to confirmation and schedule availability, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

5. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, logo, and other content on this site are the property of Dr. Juan Serrano or are used with proper authorization. Reproduction, in whole or in part, is not permitted without prior authorization.

6. Links to third-party platforms

This site links to WhatsApp, Instagram, and Google Maps. Use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, which are outside our control.
